PeeWee AE, 2015-2016 (Paris Minor Hockey)

I have always said ...the only way to get Doug Green to NOT smile is to stand him on his head. The wolfpack boys rallied around Coach Greener in Tillsonburg the other night and presented him with a certificate stating that he is " The best skate tightener and water bottle filler" and they meant it. Doug G was very humbled excepting the award knowing that the boys truly appreciate all his hard work and help...Thank you Dougie G...  

Two point games for Gavin M, Owen M and Coleman L helped the Peewee A/E Wolfpack beat the Ingersoll Express team last Friday night. Paris came out flying and never looked back...if it wasn't for the outstanding play of the opponents goal keeper the score would have been in double digits for sure. 

The boys would like to thank Ronna and Teddy Hoogstraten for inviting the Peewee A/E's to come out for an awesome breakfast and a good old fashion game of shinny that the boys loved and marked another nice team memory for this years lads...The coaches with help from the hockey mom's are also organizing a team bowling night for the boys coming up at the end of February...stay tuned. 

With a full line up Thursday night the mighty Wolfpack team went toe to toe and end to end in one of the most exciting games of the year...complete with pulling the goalie for the last minute assault on the acrobatic Ayr Flame goalie...only to be on the wrong side of a 3-2 score for the Flames...Scoring for Paris were Ethan R. assisted by Lukas P. and Seth B. and fan favorite McGavin while being assisted by Hayden S. and Coleman L. Series 2 to 1 for Ayr...The next game in Ayr...

The Paris boys came out flying in the first game on the OMHA playoffs vs the Ayr Flames. After playing close games all year the Peewees finally got some payback to the boys from Ayr. All the hard work they have been doing in practice finally is paying off for these outstanding little men. The visitors took a one to nothing lead in the first period but Paris came back like gangbusters....
