Peewee A/E Wolfpack dropped a back and forth affair 3-1 to the second place Ayr Flames on Halloween night. Once again the boys carried the play for most the game but couldn't get one buy the Ayr goalie till middle of the third period with Gavin M scoring on a rifle of a shot low to the blocker side of the Ayr net minder, assists went to line mates Owen M and Christian P.
The coaches appreciate all the hard work the boys have been putting in learning positioning and new face off aliments. The defence has been outstanding with Caleb T, Coleman L, Colby G and Peter F playing with confidence and with there heads up moving the puck out of dangers way game in and game out. The forwards have also been playing well, trying hard and sticking to their positions with Gavin M, Owen M, Capitan Christian and Dylan L leading the way up front and Lukas P, Ryan V and Hayden S working hard also. Our back stopper Hoogy has been playing well also, the team needs a break from the hockey gods as they are not getting any good bounces or calls to go their way but there is no quit in these boys so with a little extra hard work this will happen sometime soon.
