Atom Reps Survive Tornado’s Fury to Escape Tillsonburg with a Tie
In a game that resembled last night’s Leafs Canadiens matchup, the Paris Atom Rep Wolfpack rallied late in the game to tie the Tillsonburg Tornado’s 2-2 in Southern Counties Group A playoff action.

Tillsonburg, playing the part of Montreal, caught the Wolfpack flat footed to start the game.  Paris relied on solid goaltending from Carson B. to keep the game in check in the early going. The Tornado’s  opened the scoring with 3 minutes remaining in the first period. After a scoreless second period, Tillsonburg extended their lead with a power play goal early in the 3rd period.   Paris, playing the part of Toronto, started to show some life in the 3rd period as the line of Thomas K., Adam S. and Will M. started to generate chances in the offensive zone.  Will put Paris on the board with just over two minutes remaining in the game when he scored on a break-away.  Thomas, assisted by Adam, tied the score on a goal mouth scramble with 1 minute remaining in the game. Joshua S. played a strong game on defense for the Wolfpack.
