From the desk of GM Stewy: The boys played their hearts out over the weekend playing 5 games in less then 48 hours. The first game Friday the Wolfpack crushed the Coyotes from Burford 13-0 but got awake up call the next game versus Beverly Bandits and lost 7-0 early Saturday morning. The boys regrouped under the watchful eye of coach Rob and got back to basics and came out victorious versus the Kitchener Thrashers with a score of 3-0 for Paris. Now on to the semi finals to take on the Colts of Barrie and the boys rolled to a 4-1 win with Beverly waiting to take them on in the finals...

From the desk of GM Stewy: The final game of the first half was a doozy, the Tillsonburg team and the Paris team played a back and forth affair with the Tornadoes stealing one from the Wolfpack. Both goalies were exceptional especially Callum D (The puck stops here) for the LL 1 Paris squad who played awesome despite being under the weather. Cameron S (Turbo) scored the only goal for Paris on a rebound from his own breakaway, with the assist going to (Digger) Dawson A with the pair of them creating great chemistry as of late. From the desk of GM Stewy: The Novice LL 1 keep rolling right along after winning another 2 out of 3 this week and running their overall record to 14 wins and 4 loses plus 1 tie with one game to go in the inter league first haft...way to go boys, awesome effort. They beat Simcoe 6-0, Burford 14-0 and lost to Port Dover 5-2 in what this reporter thought was one of the more exciting games of the year...a great back and forth affair with Paris missing a few players and a couple key players playing under the weather.

From the desk of GM Stewy: The boys had a successful tournament in Walkerton over the weekend on and off the ice. Fun was had by all, from spirited mini stick games to an afternoon in the pool with moms as life guards. The Holiday Inn was very accommodating giving the boys the use of a conference room for mini sticks and use of the breakfast room for a pizza party plus red solo cups to parents upon arrival...you cant beat that hospitality. The Novice LL1 played five games in total in a little over a 24 hour span and they gave it there all throughout, the coaches and parents were very proud ...

From the desk of GM Stewy: Paris boys continue to roll along with another big win, this time it was Six Nations Blackhawks...Six Nations scored on there first shot of the game but AP Tyke call up goalie Dill D shut the door after that and didn't allow the Blackhawks another sniff...he made some big league saves to help the Wolfpack to it's 9th victory of the year.
