Second place overall
From the desk of GM Stewy:
First off the players, parents and coaching staff would like to thank the Dailey's for hosting boys bonding night at the Estate, the food was great and so was the company especially the entertainment "Fat Tongue Frankie" Paris won two out of three again this weekend with a tough lost to Tillsonburg Tornadoes 4-2 in their barn which the coaching staff thought was one of our better team games this year but we were stymied over and over by their outstanding goaltender who this reporter thought was peewee age in size and ability...

AJ S and Dawson A scored the goals for Paris with assists going to David M and Jacob H. The next game up saw the Wolfpack take on a very tough Delhi squad but came out on top with a 3-1 win on Saturday afternoon. Super Sniper Tyler was at it again netting two with assists on the first going to Neil B and Eric B "The Bee Brothers" and Logan Crusher S and Awesome Aiden D assisting on his second. The other Paris goal was by Digger Dawson A with help from Dipsy Doodle David M and Jake The Snake H. The final game of the weekend was played in Norwich against the Nighthawks with Paris toppling them 5-1 with Terrific Tyler scoring his fourth hattie of the year with Turbo Cam S getting back into the swing of things with a couple himself.  Flyin Ryan Q and Big Bad Brooksy A got assists on the first and David M and Brooks A on the second goal with the third going unassisted. Callum D was his usual outstanding self but in the game vs Delhi he made the save of the year with the Delhi player trying to go top shelf glove side and like a cat burglar Callum D snatched the biscuit out of nowhere to the roar of the crowd...outstanding!!! Players of the game against Tillsonburg were AJ S and Dawson A, for the Delhi game they were Callum D and Eric B and for the Norwich game it was Brooks A and Tyler H with honorable mention going to Cam S and Aiden D for their all out efforts back checking plus the D men of Ryan Q, Logan S, Eric B and Nicholas M for the great job of protecting the danger zone and Callum The Cat D. Paris's record is now 8 wins and 3 loses good for second place in the league standings. Next up Six Nations this Saturday at 3:30 at the Twin Pad...then December 1st away tournament in Walkerton, hope the entertainment committee books "Fat Tongue Frankie" again...always a pleasure...
