Novice LL1, U9, 2016-2017 (Paris Minor Hockey)

The Novice Wolfpack LL1 team has been busy completing the first half of their A division play-offs.  Taking on the top teams from Intertown has brought out some the kids best hockey of the season. 

The Novice Wolfpack LL1 team has opened 2017 with the start of their Intertown league play-offs.  After finishing the first half of the season with a 6 and 8 record, LL1 was seeded into the A division for the 2nd half of the season. 

The Paris Wolfpack Novice LL1 team competed in the Lisa Daple Memorial tournament this weekend.  The team started strong on Friday night but dropped a hard fought 1-0 score to Ingersoll.  Carson K played a strong game in goal holding a strong Ingersoll team to one goal.  The team defence was fantastic with all players working hard to protect the house.  On offense, the team had a couple of great chances but could not beat the Ingersoll goalie on this night.  Andrew G was named the 'Player of the Game' by the opposing team.  Gabriel K was named the Wolfpack 'Worker of the Game' and left the ...

The Novice Wolfpack LL1 team is off and running in their 2016/17 season.  A month into the season, we are seeing some great improvement from all players as we focus on trying to create a positive experience that will help the players improve each time we are on the ice.  Starting in November,  we will be naming our Wolfpack LL1 'Workman' of the game after each game.  The 'Workman' award will be given to a player who has: -shown improvement -followed our 3 goals (work hard, pressure the puck, have fun) -been a good teammate -followed coaches instructions We will post the award ...
