The
Paris Atom Rep Wolfpack blanked the St. George Generals 5-0 in Southern
Counties League action on Thursday December 10th at the Brant Sports
Complex.
Joshua S. opened the scoring for Paris when Joel A.’s shot from the high slot hit the post and came right to Joshua who put it back into the open net. Ninety seconds later, Thomas K. tapped in a cross ice pass from Tyler A. to put Paris up 2-0 heading into the second period. Will M. also picked up an assist on Thomas’ goal. Tyler A. scored the only goal of the second period when he out battled the General’s defenceman for the puck at the blue line and beat the St. George goalie on a breakaway. Adam S. scored twice in a span of 9 seconds at the midpoint mark of the 3rd period to close out the Wolfpack scoring. Austin P. recorded an assist each of Adam’s goals. Carson B. recorded his 5th shutout of the season in picking up the victory in net.
