accordance with PMHA By-law One, attached is the call for nominations for the
PMHA Board of Directors. A nomination form can be found on the PMHA Website.
Nominations are to be submitted on or before April 14, 2025 by email.

The
following are Board Members whose terms of office, as established by By-law
One, Article 7.06 a & b), continue until the 2027 Annual General Meeting
and for whom nominations are not required for the 2026 AGM:
- President, 2 year term
- Vice
President, 1 year term
- Treasurer, 2 year term
Open positions PMHA By-law One, Article 7.03 outlines the criteria for eligibility
and nominee and terms of office that apply to each position on the Board. The
following positions, therefore, are to be filled by election at the 2026 OMHA
