The following were the Champion and Finalist in each division:

NOVICE:
- CHAMPION - Mississauga Applewood Coyotes
- FINALIST - Burford Coyotes 2
ATOM:
- CHAMPION - Barrie White Division - Green
- FINALIST - Delhi Rockets LL1
PEEWEE:
- CHAMPION - Durham - Blue
- FINALIST - Durham - Green
