Novice Rep - 2015/16 Q1
The Novice Rep Wolfpack completed their first two months with a string of games against some very good teams in Southern Counties League play. Paris have had their record drop to 5-7-1 for the season.
The Wolfpack have struggled in the opening periods over their past couple of games and found themselves trying to did themselves out of some big holes. Once the Wolfpack finds their legs, they have competed hard and battled teams to the final minutes. Paris played one of their best games of the season in Ayr despite loosing 6-4. A strong first 30 minutes resulted in the Wolfpack leading Ayr 3-2. Ayr battled back with three goals to take a 5-3 lead with less then a minute remaining. Paris battled to the end, scoring off the next face-off to cut the lead to 5-4. Ayr pinned the Wolfpack in their zone over the final seconds and scored shortly before the final buzzer.
The Novice Rep open November with a busy opening week. The Wolfpack travel to Caledonia to face the Thunder on Wednesday night before returning home against Cayuga on Thursday. The Rep team will be playing in the Paris tournament November 6th-8th. The Wolfpack open on Friday night against Central Perth and follow that up on Saturday vs Dunnville and Lambton Shores.
