PMHA Tax Receipts
We have had several inquiries recently on how to obtain tax receipts for registration fees paid to PMHA to claim the Children's Fitness Tax Credit offered through CRA (Canada Revenue Agency).

Receipts for fees paid to PMHA can be obtained the following way:

  1. PMHA paid registration fees
    1. Your Hockey Canada registration login (self print)
    2. A receipt would have been emailed to the registered email address at time of registration in the Summer/Fall of 2015
  2. PMHA $280.00 rep fees
    1. If you paid by PayPal, a receipt would have been emailed to you through PayPal at time of payment
    2. If you paid cash/cheque - you can obtain a receipt through your children(s) Head Coach - who will inturn obtain from our Treasurer.
  3. Team fees
    1. If the team fees paid this season are applicable for the Children's Fitness Tax Credit - please obtain a receipt for these fees from your children(s) Head Coach or Team Manager

The following are directions to obtain your receipt from your Hockey Canada login:

  • Log into the PMHA division of Hockey Canada @ Paris - Hockey Canada Website
    • Use your email address/login and password to login to your account
    • If you have forgotten your password - use the Forgot Password link to reset your account
    • If you have forgotten your email address contact our Registrar for assistance on what email address are linked to your account
  • Once you have logged into your Hockey Canada (Paris) page, you can obtain printed receipts by:
    • From the HOME page - scroll down and search for the "2015-2016" season invoice in "My Registration History" - under the invoice there is a BUTTON "Print Receipt" to print your receipt
    • You can also obtain the same receipt from clicking on the "Order History Tab" similar to above.
