  • CHEQUE - PMHA does not accept a post-dated cheque for payment of tournament fees
    • Completion of the Online Tournament Application is required (link below)
    • Please make cheque payable to: PARIS MINOR HOCKEY ASSOCIATION (PMHA)
    • Please include a printed copy of the online registration email confirmation with cheque

Playpay directions:

PMHA uses PlayPay for tournament registration and payment. Click here to create a new PlayPay account (or here if you already have an account). Then follow the steps below.

 

  1. Select PMHA to your personal organization list.
    1. In your PlayPay account, click ‘my organizations’.
    2. Enter Paris in Organization and click ‘Search’.
    3. Select from the returned list and click ‘Next’.
    4. Enter 13-9's for account information; your team name for Participant’s Name, and be sure to select the correct tournament from the list.
    5. Click ‘Add Organization’ and PMHA will be added to your personal organization list.
    6. PMHA representatives will be notified once you complete the above steps, and will have access to your contact info as entered during account creation.
  2. You’re now ready to make payments!
    1. In your PlayPay account, click ‘my payments’ and then click ‘make a payment’.
    2. Select PMHA from the dropdown, click ‘Next’, and enter the payment amount.
    3. Choose from one of four ways to pay. There is a 2.5% convenience fee to pay by credit card. There is no cost to make payments by e-cheque (i.e., direct debit), bank payment or interac e-Transfer.
    4. You'll be notified by email when your payment is processed.
