U15 Rep & U18 Rep Tournament
(B,CC,C,DD)

Friday November 26th, 2021 thru Sunday November 28th, 2021



Paris Minor Hockey Association is pleased to host the Art Coombs Memorial Rep Tournament.

The tournament fees schedule is:

  • U15 Rep (B,CC,C,DD) | $875.00 **GUARANTEE 3 GAME MINIMUM**
  • U18 Rep (B,CC,C,DD) | $875.00 **GUARANTEE 3 GAME MINIMUM**
    • If registration for either division is before August 31st; only a deposit of $87.50 is permitted, the remainder of the fees are due on September 1st, 2021
    • If registration is after August 31st; payment in full is requested

Each team is limited to nineteen (19) players plus five (5) team officials and no substitutions will be allowed after confirming registration before your first scheduled game in the tournament.  (i.e. Legally affiliated players and officials must be identified at registration before your first game is played to be eligible to play in the tournament).

 PMHA is accepting the following payment methods:

    • Please make cheque payable to 'Paris Minor Hockey Association' with 'Your Centre/Tournament/Division' clearly marked on the cheque and mail to:

    • If you wish to pay by credit card there will be a 3% processing fee added to your tournament fees.  If you wish to pay by credit card; email [email protected] with your contact information and we will contact you to obtain information.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Non Covid-19 Withdrawal

Team must provide written notice of 15-days [November 11th, 2021] for a full refund.  If a notice of withdrawal is received 14 days or less any refund will be subject to finding a replacement team.  If no replacement team is found – no refund will be provided

Covid-19 Safety Protocol

As of setting up the rules and regulations for this tournament given the uncertainty around both Provincial and Local Covid-19 safety protocols Paris Minor Hockey Association will only collect 10% deposit of the total tournament entry fee between June 1st, 2021 and August 31st, 2021.  Full remaining balance will be called upon from any entered teams effective September 1st, 2021 unless otherwise directed from OHF or OMHA in regards to our tournament sanction permit.

In the event the tournament is unable to operate due to a Provincial or Municipal Covid-19 situation or a team is unable to attend due to a Covid-19 situation; full refund will be issued less any credit card fees incurred if applicable.  PMHA will issue the full refund once sufficient supporting documentation is received from the registered team.

Hotel Information:

The success of our tournaments relies heavily on the participation of your team, great volunteers and partnerships established with our sponsors.  Experience Travel is the exclusive travel partner for this years Rob Johnston Memorial Tournament.  One of the criteria for acceptance into our tournament is that any team requiring over-night hotel accommodations must secure through Experience Travel.  Any team not complying with this request may be denied entry into our tournament.  Experience Travel has secured blocks at participating hotels in the Brantford, Cambridge and Woodstock area.  Hotel information can be found under the Hotel section; please make sure to contact them early to book your team.
