PMHA has partnered with Experience Travel for our upcoming Lisa Dalpe Memorial Tournament as our official accommodations provider. The success of our tournaments relies heavily on the combination of good volunteers and partnerships established with our sponsors.

Experience Travel is the exclusive travel partner for all our annual tournaments.  One of the criteria for acceptance into our tournament is that any team requiring over-night hotel accommodations must secure through Experience Travel.

Any team not complying with this directive may be denied entry or acceptance being revoked from our tournament.

Once you have clicked on the link (business card below); please expect the following process.

1.   You will be asked to complete a quick form to obtain your team information

2.   Experience Travel will reach out to you with a Welcome Email and outline the hotel choices available to your team

3.   Once a hotel is chosen, Experience Travel will create a Block Room Contract with full rules, regulations, and cancellation policies of the hotel

4.   A personalized webpage will be supplied to your team with the hotel details, amenities, and other details available

5.   A link on this page will collect information on each family requiring accommodations.

6.   Each family will either receive an exclusive link to book direct with the hotel or a secure form to collect information to form a rooming list. IMPORTANT No charges will be placed on this card at the time of collecting details.

7.   If the hotel provides a unique link – families should obtain reservation confirmations once they complete the form. If hotel choses for Experience Travel to gather information for hotel block, then an official reservation confirmation will be sent from the hotel when the block expires or in some cases a simple email will come from Experience Travel with reservation number

There are NO FEES for using Experience Travel as our booking partner.  Experience Travel donates a portion of the sales back to PMHA to help run our tournaments and keep the costs down for you.  Thank You for your support
