U11 Rep & U13 LL/HL Tournament (B,C,D-Rated Centres)
Friday January 6th, 2023 thru Sunday January 8th, 2023

Paris Minor Hockey Association is pleased to host the Lisa Dalpe Memorial HL/LL Tournament.

The tournament fees schedule is:

·         U11 HL/LL (B,C,D Centres) | $825.00 **GUARANTEE 3 GAME MINIMUM**

·         U13 HL/LL (B,C,D Centres) | $825.00 **GUARANTEE 3 GAME MINIMUM**

Each team is limited to nineteen (19) players plus five (5) team officials and no substitutions will be allowed after confirming registration before your first scheduled game in the tournament. (e.g. Legally affiliated players and officials must be identified at registration before your first game is played to be eligible to play in the tournament).

Payment Information:

Payment in full is mandatory at time of registration.  No spots will be held for nonpaying teams. PMHA is accepting the following payment methods:

1.   E-Transfer

Set up an e-transfer using [email protected] - please put 'Your Centre/Tournament/Division' in the comments. If a password is required - please use 'wolfpack'

2.   Cheque

Please make cheque payable to 'Paris Minor Hockey Association' with 'Your Centre/Tournament/Division' clearly marked on the cheque and mail to:

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Team must provide written notice of 20-days [December 17th, 2022] for a full refund.  If a notice of withdrawal is received 19 days or less any refund will be subject to finding a replacement team.  If no replacement team is found – no refund will be provided

Hotel Information:

The success of our tournaments relies heavily on the participation of your team, great volunteers and partnerships established with our sponsors.  Experience Travel is the exclusive travel partner for this year’s Lisa Dalpe Memorial Tournament.  One of the criteria for acceptance into our tournament is that any team requiring over-night hotel accommodations must secure through Experience Travel.  Any team not complying with this request may be denied entry into our tournament.  Experience Travel has secured blocks at participating hotels in the Brantford, Cambridge and Woodstock area.  Hotel information can be found under the Hotel section; please make sure to contact them early to book your team.
