PMHA has partnered with Experience Travel for our upcoming Syl Apps Memorial Tournament. One of the criteria for acceptance into our tournament is that any team requiring over-night hotel accommodations must secure through Experience Travel. Any team not complying with this request may be denied entry into our tournament.
Please expect the following process once you have clicked on the link below:
- You will be asked to complete a quick form to obtain your team information
- Experience Travel will reach out to you with a welcome email and outline the hotel choices available to your team
- Once a hotel is chosen Experience Travel will create a block room contract with the full rules, regulations and cancellation policies of the hotel
- A personalized webpage will be supplied to your team with the hotel details, amenities and other details available
- A link on this page will collect information on each family requiring accommodations | a separate secure form will be sent to each registered family to collect credit card information ONLY for the purpose of securing the room. No charges will be placed on this card at the time of collecting details
- Once the hotel block has been closed with your team; either the hotel will send out an official reservation confirmation or in some cases a simple email will come from Experience Travel with your reservation number
- There are NO FEES for using Experience Travel as our booking partner. Experience Travel donates a portion of the sales back to Paris Minor Hockey Association to help run our tournaments. Thank you for your support.
