BANTAM LL1 ROUNDING INTO FORM!!!
After 5 more games in the Southern Counties Intertown, the bantam LL1 are sitting a top the standings and really starting to round into a strong and united team.

First up was Waterford 2, and from the very start, the Wolfpack was the stronger team. We were able to skate the puck up ice and set up with almost no defense, and easily won this one with a score of 10 - 1. Goals by Austin P with 3, Noah S with 2, Connor K, Caiden G, Owen H, Nick G, and Julian V each with 1. Assists to, Owen H with 4, Austin P with 2, Owen T, Luke B and Lukas J each with a single. Player of the game was Nick G.

Next up was a Simcoe team that was just behind us in the standings and came out ready to play. It was another win for the Wolfpack, but it was a hard fought victory and a good team effort by all. Lucas R recorded another shut out and the Wolfpack handed Simcoe a 4 - 0 lose. Goals were scored by Owen T with 2, Noah S, and Owen H each with 1. Assists to Austin P with 2, Caiden G, Owen H, and Noah W each with 1. Player of the game was Owen H.

Next we made Christopher Perry's favorite drive to his favorite place...Tillsonburg... Although the Wolfpack showed up, Tillsonburg did not. In a one sided affair which had the coaches just trying to make sure that no bad habits or lazy plays took place. The Wolfpack left town after handing Tillsonburg a 10 - 3 A$$ kicking!! Goals were scored by, Austin P with 5, Caiden G with 2, Nick G, Noah S, and Connor K, each with 1. Assists to Owen H with 3, Noah S with 2, Nate M with 2, Luke B, Nick G, Zach R, Noah W, and Will H each with 1. Player of the game was Austin P.

Next up was a home ice tilt with 2nd place Delhi 3. This was truly a great game to be in. Paris started out slow and a little off their game and we found ourselves down 3 - 0, and facing adversity for the 1st time all year. The boys showed the level of compete they can get to by playing possible the best hockey they've played all year in the 3rd period, but came up 1 goal short of the comeback, as Delhi handed us our first taste of defeat, 3 - 2. Lucas R played a great game in net and the boys played a great game in front of him. In the room afterwards coach Chris let them know "you either win or you learn" and we just learned how good of a team we can be... Goals by Luke B, and Noah S, with assists to Caiden G, Nick G, Austin P, and Owen H. player of the game was Lucas R.

The 5th game had a Wolfpack team that had been hit by the flu bug, making the snowy drive down to Ingersoll. With 4 kids out, and a shorten bench, the boys gave it everything they had and emptied the tanks, but just ran out of gas in the 3rd. They played their hearts out and did an excellent job, but when the tank hits "E" the engines just won't go and we fell 4 - 3, in a ref'd game typical of being in Ingersoll. After the game coach Chris let the refs know just how "good"??.. he felt they did.. which earned him a few games break from the bench...lol.. but made sure to let his team know how proud he was of them for digging down dip and for keeping their cool, and if someone was going to get booted, better it be him then one of them... Goals were scored by, Austin P, Owen T, and Jordan H, with assists going to Owen H, Jordan H, and Owen T. Player of the game was Luke B.

Next up the Wolfpack will invade Mooretown for the Rise Up tournament, and I'm sure the boys are going to make Paris proud and represent...

Go Get Them Wolfpack..!!
