Arthur Midget LL A Division Champions
I just want to say WOW what a day for hockey. Weather was cold the arena colder and players on fire and ready to play.

We headed to Arthur for our 1st tournament of the season. We had a short bench but these players did not let that bother them at all. We came out in the 1st game on fire and ready to play. With lots of passing, shooting and scoring. Game 2 with a rest of 2 1/2 hrs between games and a belly full of pizza it took them a couple of shifts to get there legs going again but when they did get going they were unstoppable. We were down early in the game but with some great goaltending fantastic defensive playing and even more determination on our forwards part they soon had the game tied up. They kept pushing and pursuing the puck to come out on top with there second win of the day. Game 3 There was delays in other games which put our final game of the day behind schedule by an hour A division Finals. With this being the 3rd game of the day the players were tired you could see but once everything started to move they were firing on all cylinders we ran into some penalty issues but they continued to push through work hard and played some great hockey. In the end mange to do what they came to Arthur to do. That was win it all.
