Peewee AE Keep Rolling, With Another Pair Of Wins!
The Peewee AE Wolfpack, were victorious this past week, going 2-0 with wins over the Ingersoll Express, and the Plattsville Rage.
Wednesday night, in a battle for 1st place, the Wolfpack hosted Ingersoll to the BSC in Paris. In what should of been a hard fought battle, the Paris boys came out ready and turned a game that everyone thought was going to be a back and fourth match up, into a 1 sided game. Although the score was a 6-3 win for Paris, the Wolfpack kept control of the game and was never really a contest. Goals were scored by, Simon O with 2, Alex B with 2, Matt L, and Julian V. Assists to Tyler G with 2, Julian V with 2, Owen H, Owen T, Austin P, and Luke B, each with 1. Player of the game was Owen T.
On Friday night, now sitting alone in 1st, the boys seemed a little unfocused, as we hosted the Plattsville Rage. In a game that should of been ours to lose, we almost did just that. Although some of our plays seemed a little sloppy and out of sorts, the boys did what all GREAT teams do, as we found a way to win. Final score was 5-3, with goals by, Noah S with 2, Alex B, Tyler A, and Julian V each with 1, with Caiden G getting the lone assist. Player of the game was Julian V.
With 3 practices in a row now before our next game, coach Chris and his coaching staff will be looking to get the boys refocused and ready for when we head to Ingersoll on Tuesday night.
