Wolfpack Get Their Payback On The Thunder
Friday night, the peewee ae faced off against the Caledonia Thunder and was looking for some payback for their previous loss.

The boys, finally in completed jersey's and socks, and looking pretty good in their home red, where ready to get their payback against the Thunder. We came out and......seemed to be a step behind the boys from Caledonia. It took to about the halfway point of the 1st before our boys finally found their feet and started to take control of the game. At 4:57 of the 1st period, Noah S, put us up 1-0 with assists going to Matt L, and Tyler A. Not long after though Caledonia was able to tie it up, and that's how the period ended, 1-1. It was a period that Lucas R, was able to hold the fort and allow his teammates to get their speed game going.
The 2nd period was another hard fought one, but this time it was the Caledonia goalie's turn to shut the door as the Wolfpack kept the game and the pressure in the Thunders zone. The period ended 2-1, for the Wolfpack, on a goal from Julian V, assisted by Alex B, and Caiden G.
In the 3rd the speed of the Paris Wolfpack came to show, as the boys stepped up their game and took over. Within the first 7 minutes we were able to find the back of the net 3 times, and take a commanding 5-1 lead, on goals from Julian V, with his 2nd of the game, Tyler A, and Austin P. With assists to Caiden G, Alex B, Noah S, Matt L, Owen H, and Owen T.
The boys seemed to be in complete control of the game, when the refs must of decided that they needed to play a bigger role in the outcome of the game, and found any reason to give the Thunder a power play. After giving up 3 goals, Paris called a time out, where the coaching staff just told the boys to keep their cool and just get back to playing their game. The boys finished strong and with an empty net goal from Alex B, assisted by Lucas R, the Wolfpack proved why they are going to be serious contenders this year, and handed the Caledonia Thunder their first loss of the year, with a 6-4 victory...Player of the game was Lucas R, who played an awesome game in goal for someone who wasn't feeling well!

Great game boys.......
