Bantam AE final season game proves best of them all
After a season of very close games the bantam AE's pull together their best efforts as a team in their final season game. The team dominated in a hard fought, penalty free game with a final score of 7-2.
It has been a pleasure watching this great group of kids grow from individual players to a team during this season! So many spectacular passes, quick rushes, big hits, many shots on net, catching rebounds as well as great defensive plays, blocked shots and stunning saves in our end. It is amazing to witness what a team can accomplish when they all work together.
What used to be timid players are now in digging for the puck and making hits; every player having patience with the puck, seeing our open players and making amazing passes, skating hard and back checking as well. A full team effort tonight proved very successful.
Ps an elf had been heard saying before the game that all the bantam AE parents wanted for Christmas was to see this group play their best. Well done team!
