PARIS TAKES EDGE FROM EMBRO
Paris earns 4 points from Embro
Paris Atom AE resumed their regular season over the weekend with a home and home game against the young and talented Embo Edge team and they didn't disappoint. Coming off their first tournament championship win last weekend in Tillsonburg the boys came out flying in the first game coming away with a lop sided 10-1 victory. Strong performances had by all especially the 3rd line of Caiden G ,Connor K and William H who had their best game of the season so far the scoring was spread out and goals went to Emerson N, Caiden G, Connor k, Owen H, Luke B, Owen L with 2 and Jack C with his first hattie of the season great job and well deserved. Assists went to Alex B, Connor K, Emerson N, Owen L, Carter D. Although the score was 10-1 it didn't reflect on how solid our defence was. The play of Matt Loucas who has improved every game was a rock back there and the timely saves our goalie Lucas radke makes made this possible.|Great team effort MVP OF THE GAME MATT LOUCAS. The second game was much different as our boys knew that Embro would be much more hungrier. As the game got closer and closer to game time the Noseworthy's thought that it was more important to get groceries then to bring their son to the game and after a few quick phone calls and some lighting fast driving skills from Becky N Emerson N made it before puck drop. The boys responded quickly as Emerson N probably still thought he was in the car turned on the jets and put one past the keeper. Caiden G got one as well with his never quit attitude found Paris up 2-0. It wasn't until mid way through the 3rd that Owen L put it away with a laser to the top shelve. Paris wins 3-0 Owen H who has been coming into his own and gaining more confidence each game was named MVP of the game. Great job Boys I am proud of you Next stop Caledonia!!!
